At Claiborne Canine we strive to develop long lasting relationships with our clients. We understand that allowing any business into your home demands trust. To help establish our relationship, we offer consultations. These consultations provide the following:

1. An opportunity to meet each other and your pets.

2. Understand the needs of the client.

3. Develop a service plan tailored just for you and your pets.

We offer the following consultations:

1. A free 15 minute phone consult.

2. In-home consult. We come to your home and meet you and your pets. This consult lasts 30 minutes and cost $45. The $45 consult fee is applied to the service bill if services are scheduled.

When an E-Collar is needed in training sessions, we recommend this specific E-collar for the following reasons:

1. Premium quality E-collar
2. Provides very subtle static delivery which is extremely important for effective use
3. Easy to operate
4. Excellent customer service
5. Made in USA

Clients do not have to buy/use this collar, but we strongly recommend this one. The potential problem with cheaper collars is the static delivery is often too strong and the dog will simply shut down and the E-collar can't even be used. We recommend using the static mode because the vibration mode typically stresses the dog out.
